Supervision approach
I have extensive experience in the provision of sport psychology support in elite sport and have been practicing for just over 15 years. My sport psychology practice is underpinned by psychological skills training, ACT and solution focused methods, and my supervision is a reflection of those approaches in addition to utilisation of the 7-eyed model of supervision. My aim would be to assist you in developing confidence and clarity in your approach in order to operate autonomously within your scope of practice while also knowing when to ask for help. I am keen to provide a steady sounding board and guidance through the SEPAR programme and hope to combine balanced support and challenge with compassion in your journey towards qualification in a very fulfilling and exciting field of work.
