Do you want to play a key role working with the next generation of young athletes within the London
sporting community?

If so, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for charismatic, motivated individuals with a love and passion for
the sporting world.

Working directly for RAPS Management, but on behalf of a leading sports brand (Under Armour), we are
looking to form a pool of Brand Ambassadors to work within a Human Performance Centre (HPC) located
in Battersea Power Station, who will primarily focus on administering a series of athletic tests, providing a
premium athlete experience from arrival to departure.

We want you!
From connecting with Athletes, to delivering the testing experiences at the HPC, to supporting the HPC
events schedule, this is a high-profile role which calls for candidates with certain characteristics;
• The ideal candidate will have a strong affiliation to football and the sporting world
• An active part of the sporting community – preferably with a bias towards football
• Experienced gym goer with a relentless energy for self-improvement
• Aware of trends in the sports industry with a focus on football
• Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable problem-solver
• Preferably local to Battersea, but not essential

Key responsibilities:
• Front of house, including welcoming Athletes to the HPC
• Equipment set-up
• Responsible for registering / guiding Athletes through the HPC and answering any walk-in enquires
• Building rapport with Athletes
• Working with a Performance Director and wider support team, to ensure consistent high delivery
Standards:
• Managing the testing stations and administering athletic tests, ensuring that processes run smoothly
and maintaining a continuous flow of Athletes around the HPC
• Ensuring consistent safety measures are adhered to
• Supporting in the delivery of on-site events which may fall outside of standard working hours
• Amplification and driving awareness of the space through word of mouth

A bit about what you’d bring:
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a customer facing role
• A passion and background within the sporting industry is essential with a bias towards football
• A degree in sport science (or similar) or a background in PT training / BTEC sports
• First class communication skills and an obvious passion for live events
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• First aider certified or willing to undergo basic first aid training

Package description
• Starting ASAP after full training

• Working hours fleixble - 7-10 hours per day
• Schedule driven, adhoc and weekend working required
