As a performance psychologist, I have experience working at an organisational, team and individual level, within sport and other performance domains. I have enjoyed work across a range of different sports at an elite/international level, including rugby union, netball, motorsports, cricket, athletics, boxing and more. I have also worked extensively in military and organisational settings, applying sport psychology principles in other performance domains.

Supervision approach

I offer a collaborative approach to supervision centred around you. Together, we will agree goals and and determine what support you need at different points in time as you work towards professional accreditation. Like my work with clients, I place a great emphasis on relationships and will look to integrate you into a wider network of applied practitioners and trainees. My supervision is flexible; you will receive 1-1 supervision monthly, plus additional sessions at key junctures (e.g., new client intake). You will also have opportunities for peer-group supervision and observation.

I am primarily based in West Sussex, with ties to Hampshire and Berkshire, but am happy to supervise remotely.
