I am an internationally recognised sport psychologist, clinical CBT practitioner, and accredited SEPAR supervisor with a strong focus on cross-cultural performance, mental health, and resilience. I’ve worked across elite sporting systems in Asia, the UK, and the Middle East, which has shaped my perspective on the diverse challenges practitioners face in applied settings.
My supervision style is structured yet collaborative. I draw on evidence-based approaches, reflective practice, and my dual training in sport psychology and clinical CBT to support supervisees in navigating both performance and well-being issues. I place a strong emphasis on ethical decision-making, cultural sensitivity, and developing adaptive expertise—ensuring that trainees are prepared for the realities of complex, high-performance environments.
