I offer a supportive, reflective supervision space where you are encouraged to explore, challenge, and grow both personally and professionally. I will work with you to better understand how your values, identity, and experiences shape your interactions within the performance environment. Supervision with me will involve a balance of developmental support, constructive feedback, and opportunities to explore real-world challenges in context. We will draw on relevant models and tools to support your learning, while also being flexible to your individual needs and pace. Supervision will primarily be offered on an individual basis, with scope to complement this with group supervision in time.
