Supervision approach

My supervision approach is integrative, person-centred, and collaborative. I aim to create a safe, reflective space where supervisees feel supported, challenged, and empowered in their development. I see supervision as a dynamic process that balances support with accountability, and I place strong emphasis on ethical practice, self-awareness, and the supervisee’s own values and learning style. Open dialogue, curiosity, and mutual respect are central to the way I work.

Experience in the Women's Super League and Championship, England Hockey and England Netball.

Supervision consists of one hour of individual support and one hour of group supervision per month, all delivered online.
