My supervision approach is warm, structured and development-focused. I offer a psychologically safe space where supervisees can reflect honestly, think critically and build confidence in their practice. I work in a strengths-based way, using collaborative, candidate-led supervision that balances support, challenge and accountability.
My style is facilitative and catalytic, helping supervisees make sense of their work, notice patterns and turn reflection into clear action. I have particular experience in academy football, and I bring that applied understanding into supervision while also supporting trainees across a range of sport and exercise psychology contexts.
