Supervision approach
I see my role as a supervisor being to help guide and support candidates' learning as they acquire the breadth and depth of knowledge, skills, experience and self-development required to meet the SEPAR competencies. At the heart of my approach is a commitment to support candidates to become the best practitioner that they can be through this qualification. Candidates can expect monthly individual meetings, as well as facilitation of opportunities for group supervision where appropriate.
Further information
I support candidates on SEPAR alongside my ECB role as Sport Psychologist to England Women's cricket team. Prior to this I ran a successful private practice alongside contracted work in different sports, totalling a decade of full-time applied experience.
