I bring extensive applied experience in elite sport, having previously worked for eight seasons in Premier League football, where I held the leadership role of Head of Performance Psychology and Mental Health. I was responsible for designing and leading the implementation of the Performance Psychology and Mental Health strategy at both the systemic and organisational levels.
I have previously worked as an applied practitioner at the senior national team level across several Olympic sports and at 1st-team level in Premier League football. I also specialise in supporting combat athletes, having supported 2 GB Olympic combat sports, world-level professional boxers, MMA, and UFC athletes.
I am currently in a Lead Psychology position in professional cricket, and continue to work extensively in professional football.

Supervision approach
I have enjoyed providing CASES professional supervision for over 15 years. I offer supervision grounded in a positive psychology framework, taking a strengths-based and solution-focused approach to early career practitioner development. My aim is to create a supportive, collaborative space where supervisees can reflect openly on their practice while building confidence, clarity, and professional effectiveness.
I work with supervisees to identify and leverage their existing strengths, values, and resources. This helps to enhance self-awareness, resilience, and performance in applied settings. A key aspect of my approach is supporting practitioners to recognise what is already working well, and to use this as a foundation for growth and development.
I integrate a solution-focused perspective by encouraging forward-thinking conversations, goal clarity, and practical strategies that can be implemented immediately within practice. Supervision sessions are structured yet flexible, allowing space for case discussion, ethical reflection, skill development, and personal insight.
Drawing on my experience in high-performance environments, I understand the demands placed on practitioners and the importance of maintaining both effectiveness and wellbeing. My goal is to help SEPAR SEPiT’s develop confidence, clear direction, and actionable steps in their approach to their personal and professional development.
