CASES Conference 2028 hosting bids invited

​Following the successful, inaugural CASES Conference 2026 at Manchester Metropolitan University in June, and following an evaluation of the conference, the Board has agreed to hold the CASES Conference biennially, with the next event taking place in June 2028. CASES is now seeking applications from institutions to host the CASES Conference 2028.

In June 2026, CASES welcomed 345 like-minded students, graduates and professionals from around the world, providing all with an opportunity to network, learn, present and engage with all things sport and exercise science.

If this sounds like an event that your institution would be interested in hosting, please download and read the 2028 Conference Host Guidelines and complete the application form (included within the guidelines) and send, along with any other supporting material, to: iwilson@cases.org.uk by 10am on Monday 7 September 2026.

​All submissions will be reviewed and assessed by a sub-group of the CASES Board. Please note, applicants may be invited to present their bid to the CASES Board as part of the selection process.
