CASES announces two new Non-Executive Director appointments

Following the completion of two three-year tenures on the CASES Board, Ms Susan Went and James Tugwell will be stepping down as Board Directors this December.

Both have served CASES extremely well over the last six years or so as active Non-Executive Directors (NED). Susan was the Senior NED, the Chair of the Governance Committee, and a member of the HR, Remuneration and Appointments Committee. James was Chair of both the Finance and Risk Committee and the Stakeholder Committee. The Board is indebted for the hard work, diligence and support that Susan and James have provided over the years.

Following an extensive open recruitment over the summer, the CASES Board is delighted to announce the appointments of Tilly Heald FCG and Shadrack Nyobii ACCA as incoming Non-Executive Directors, both of whom will take up post in December and will attend their inaugural Board Call on 17 December 2026.
