New CASES Teaching and Learning Enhancement Division Committee - Expressions of Interest

Following the membership approving the creation of a new Teaching and Learning Enhancement Division at the 2025 AGM, we are now going to open advert to recruit membership onto the new Division Committee. The Terms of Reference of the new Division is here.

The Division Committee will include:

  • Chair
  • Deputy Chair
  • CPD Representative
  • Membership Representative
  • Technician Representative
  • Student Representative
  • General Representatives from across the Sport and Exercise Disciplines.

The new Teaching and Learning Enhancement Division Chair, who will also become a Director of the Association, will serve an initial three-year term. Other appointed Committee members shall normally hold post for a two-year period.

If you are interested in applying for any of the other roles, the Division Committee roles and responsibilities overview is here . Please review and then submit an expression of interest, a maximum of three pages of A4, outlining:

  • why you are volunteering for this role,
  • what skills and experience you would bring to the Committee and this role,
  • how you will improve equity, diversity, and inclusion within the context of the Committee,
  • how you will bring principles of sustainability into the workings and focus of the Committee,
  • and any ideas you have about moving forward the work and priorities of the Committee.

The Human Resources, Appointments and Remuneration Committee will review all applications. The successful candidates will be announced around the end of January 2026, with a view to starting the work of the Committee from February 2026.
